check the german shepherd club of america website, or even try the akc.org website, they both list a good amount of breeders.
Go to the United Schutzhund clubs of America website. Member type organization that produces the best GSDs in the nation. They have a list of clubs in the US including Florida. Within each club, they will have a breeder or will definitely know of a nearby high quality breeder. See website below
PS - you do not have to belong to the club in order to buy the dog.
